Your first name, your email address, where you signed up from (for example an Instagram post), and whether you open or click our emails.
To send you the guide and a short series of emails about putting it into practice, plus occasional coaching updates. We do this because you asked us to when you signed up (consent). You can withdraw that at any time with the unsubscribe link in every email.
Our email platform, Klaviyo, stores your details and sends the emails on our behalf. Klaviyo is based in the United States and protects transfers with the safeguards UK law requires. This page is hosted by Netlify. We never sell your details or share them with other brands.
Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. After you unsubscribe we keep your email only on a suppression list so we never email you again.
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by emailing the address above. If you're unhappy with how we've handled it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
